It wouldn't take a charge. I tried a different cable, but nothin'. I tried the original cable on another item and it worked, so it wasn't a faulty cable... it was the faulty internal rechargeable battery. I should have read reviews BEFORE purchasing this speaker, I would have known that it's a COMMON problem with Bose Bluetooth speakers. I returned it, prepaid, to Best Buy EASILY! Great Customer Service!

Although you have returned your product, your purchase comes provided with a 1 year warranty. In the case of any concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to your local Bose product support team, an agent would have happily resolved this for you.
