    BOSE is known for quality and awesome sound i didnt get that with these speakers. not loud enough. to be fair its just convenient but the boss quality u expect its just not there.

    The Bose soundlink speaker has excellent sound from a speaker this small. In fact you probably wouldn't believe how much sound this speaker can produce. Bass response is very good and conecting this speaker to my phone via bluetooth was very simple. For an extremely portable speaker with huge sound, I'm not sure this speaker can be beat. Its an excellent buy.

    Returned this speaker for another brand. This product was not as clear as the other bose products I am used to.

    I purchased it thinking that I was going to get a super sound because of it being Bose. Thats not the case did not like the sound

    A great product but was missing a charger. After a few calls BB agreed to send me a Gift card to purchase one!

    Volume button does not work and connection to USB for charging battery malfunctions 90% of the time. I have to try multiple times before it begins to charge

      It is concerning to learn about the difficulties that you're experiencing with your controls and battery. We would first recommend rebooting your system with the following steps:

      1. Connect the speaker to power
      2. Press and hold the Multi-function button (3 dots) for 10 seconds, and while continuing to hold the Multi-function button, unplug the speaker from power
      3. Release the Multi-function button and then reconnect the power cable. Please look for a slowly blinking orange light that indicates successful charging.
      4. Please allow the speaker to charge for about 15 minutes before powering on the speaker and testing the volume controls with some music.

    I purchased this because of the brand and price. It’s just mediocre. If I wanted it for something more than traveling I would have returned it.

    The speaker didn’t charged, even with a different USB cable it work. Speaker work for a few hours only because it came with a little bit of charge. The sound wasn’t as good as I expected No happy with this purchase

    Stopped working within 2 weeks of buying it. Didn’t sound like the usual Bose quality products while it was working so I returned it and purchased the Harmon Kardon Onyx and I LOVE IT! This speaker is not near the quality and just was not worth it for me.

This will ensure you are getting the best performance from your speaker. Also, I would suggest trying another audio device to ensure that this is not the issue.

    The benchmark Bose sound quality did not come through via bluetooth.. A Bose rep via a website indicated that for true Bose sound.. a (wired) connection was needed
