    I like the sleek look and the sound quality was fantastic but it just stopped working and nothing I could do to troubleshoot works. Thought it was a battery problem and I couldn't access the battery. A total lemon

    not worth the effort or money

    On my first one the volume control buttons quit working on the second day of using it. I exchanged it for a new one and the volume control buttons quit working on the second day again. I bought the 2 year geek coverage, but I plan to return it when I don't have to sit online or the phone for hours waiting to talk to someone while we can't just go in the store. Completely dissatisfied, and disappointed.

    Had this speaker not even for a few months and it won’t charge. Sound quality could be better. Not worth the money. Should’ve stuck with JBL

    Hardly used it. Battery seemed to drain if not charged often. Then it died entirely.

    I expected a lot from this unit since it is from Bose... and it delivered! Great sound from a compact unit, including really good bass and great range overall. It was very easy to connect as a Bluetooth device and so far has shown good battery life. I definitely recommend this one.

    Upon getting the Bose Soundlink Color, I couldn't help but think that for such a small box, it was pretty heavy. Now I know why. Removing it from its box, it was my favorite color Blue, and to my surprise, I didn't realize it water resistant. It's silicone top layer and heavy base make it aesthetically one of the best wireless speakers I've ever seen. It's perfect for both indoors and outdoors and just the sound intensity and clarity alone are enough to make anyone fall in love with it. It was very simple to pair up with both my cellphone and laptop. I barely charged it and it satyed charged for hours. And it stayed connected whIle I moved around the house. I couldn't have asked for anything better as far as the speaker itself goes. The one thing I wasn't fond of is that while it did come with a USB cable to connect the speaker with a charging brick, it didn't come with the plug in adapter.. Luckily I had plenty, though I know not all are as fortunate.

    Horrible Bluetooth connectivity. I spend almost as much time on the phone with tech support as I do listening to music. The sound is good - when it works.

However, we see that you are having trouble with the Bluetooth connectivity. Be sure you are within 30 feet of the source device, and the speaker firmware is kept up to date. Have you tried connecting to any of your other devices? If the issue persists across multiple devices, then it could be that your speaker is defective. At this point, we recommend that you reach out to Bose technical support and they should discuss your exchange options.     Initially he loved it but didn't last long. It quit charging it after only a month. It was a Christmas gift.

    I went to buy a Bose speaker because I wanted one for a long time but what I did learn is just because they have a big part of the market share does it mean they're the best. I ended up returning it in purchasing the Sony series speakers with extra Bass.

    Came with the charging wire which doesn’t even fit. I don’t even know if the speakers properly work because it cannot be turned on unless fully charged. Disappointed

      Hello! It is very unusual for your speaker to stop charging. Your speaker requires a 5 vDC, 0.5 A (1 A recommended) charger. Anything more than this can damage the speaker and anything less will nor charge it. Using the provided speaker in the box is the best way to charge the speaker.     Consumer Reports rated this very high. I purchased one and it failed within 10 days. I thought that was a fluke so purchased another one. That failed within two weeks. A disappointing experience.
