    Bought 8n August and here it is April and it will do absolutely NOTHING. Don't waste your money.

    Small and no volume. My I phone 6 has a lot more volume than this junk Bose Sound Link 11 Blue Tooth I was looking for a blue tooth wireless speaker for out on the patio BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    I returned this item becauss i didnt like the quality. I ended up purchasing the mini Bose speaker which was cheaper, more lightweight and better sound quality. Bose missed the boat on this one.

    It only worked for about 20 days. The quality seemed good but the product needs some type of charger the works better than the USB cord. I am suprised because I own other Bose products.

If the speaker is no longer holding a charge, we'd like to offer some assistance to you. Entering Ship Mode reboots the system processor, but does not erase settings. After entering Ship Mode, allow the product to charge for at least 1 hour. Here are the steps to enter Ship Mode:

      Connect the speaker to power
      Press and hold the Multi-function button for 10 seconds
      While continuing to hold the Multi-function button, unplug the speaker from power
      Release the Multi-function button

    It won't stop beeping when the speaker is being charged it i had the box i would bring it back

    The sound is not as loud as i would like for the price. This item is over priced. Should be about 69$-79$. You are only paying for the name dont buy it.

    The sounds isn't that great and neither is the bluetooth range. Ended up returning it & getting a Sony speaker. Sadly disappointed in Bose for this one.

    I bought the Bose based on the name only. I should have done more research. Bluetooth pairing was simple, but the sound was all bass and midrange, very little treble. Returned the Bose the next day.

    The unit is less than 30 days old. It will not charge. I have to return it to the store for a replacement. Disappointing.

    Cannot get the volume to work on speaker…I have to use iPad to work. There’s also too much base. Not happy at all.

      Hello,

      Thanks for choosing the SoundLink Color 2! Volume can be adjusted via the on-board Vol+ or Vol- controls. You simply hold the buttons for a short period of time to increase or decrease the level. You can also use the on-board controls of the iPad to adjust volume.

      For Bass, you can use the iPad's EQ settings to adjust how much bass is produced by the speaker. Go to Settings > Music > EQ, then choose a setting that suites you best.

    I am disappointed. There is apparently a common issue with the buttons on the speaker not working if the speaker is connected to a tablet or laptop. I wanted this to use with a tablet and while I can adjust the volume with the tablet volume, I can't make any of the buttons (except on/off) work on the speaker. I also wished it would get a bit louder.

    Even though this has the Bose name on it the sound was weak and thin. And I'm not a fan of a lot of base as I listen to a lot of folks and classical music. I ended up returning it!

      SoundLink Color II is a result of excellent Bose engineering. It’s packed with exclusive technologies. The dual opposing passive radiators help pump out sound while keeping vibrations to an absolute minimum. Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues, please reset your product to address the issue.

    This wonderful speaker should be awarded with the highest honors. Its portability and battery life are two of the major features that make this speaker worth every penny. It is so light that it can be carried just about anywhere and used anywhere. The sound quality is also amazing. It has an astonishing amount of bass despite its small size, and it has very clear treble ranges. I would certainly recommend this product to someone who needs a lightweight, portable speaker.

    I'm disappointed. This was an amazing speaker and great sound and after 6 months I can't get the device to charge or turn on. Extremely unsatisfied and upset! I expected more from Bose!
