no good service from best buy

Sounds good for a little speaker!

Easy set up, it can be connected to 2 devices at once so switching is a breeze. Music sounds good on low and high volume, light enough to move it wherever I want to and it is water proof. The couple things that I wish will be different is the voice prompt, it is too robotic and annoying but it can turn off anyway. Second is the color, the red color is more of orange.

Not worth it

Posted .Hi Izzy, I am sorry to hear you returned your speaker. Different environments can effect sound in different ways. In my experience, a bathroom may make sound echo more. If you feel there is something more to it, we do have a wide range of troubleshooting here https://bose.life/3iWTvw3 we would have recommended you tried, as we would have loved to try to help. I do hope you will consider Bose in the future.

Great sound for a little speaker

It has great sound and fills a large space with it. I use it with spotify and haven't tried to hook up an iPod to it yet, but I can with an audio cable, since it has a 3.5mm audio port. Charge holds for a good amount of time. You can play it for a few hours at a time and can do that a few times before needing to replace it on the cradle to charge. It Sounds great at low volumes and is expressive when turned up. It does lose a little of the bass at the louder volumes but there isn't a need to go there. I have another brand of portable speaker that does not even compare to this one. The only one I have heard that is better is its larger cousin the soundlink II. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Battery does not last

We're sorry to hear of the connection issues you've had here and would be happy to advise!
The first thing that we would recommend here is clearing the Bluetooth list for this product.
This can be achieved by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds, until the prompt confirms that the memory has been cleared.
Following this, we would also recommend updating this product. This is normally done through the Bose Connect app, but if you are struggling to connect to this then I would recommend that connect this to a computer/laptop via the USB-A-->Micro-B cable, and then navigate to our BTU updater website.
Once updated and cleared, please attempt to connect to this again and test the connection!
Please be aware that the range of the Bluetooth for this product is approximately 30' feet (9 m) unobstructed, and this range is reduced if there is any physical or wireless interference near or between either the speaker or connected device.
We hope this helps! If you are still having issues, please reach out to Bose Support in your country/region for further assistance.
