Short Battery Life, not as Specified (8 hours) you hardly get up to 4 hours

Great sound, quick pairing & fun while it lasted. Unfortunately, just 14 months later it's stopped pairing & I can't connect to it with any device. Now it's just a paperweight or trash because the warranty expired 60 days ago. Ridiculous. Should've bought the extended coverage which I've recently started purchasing on all my BB Electronics because they're just not built to last. Pfft. Just purchased the Sony BT speakers for 1/3 price. Hopefully they'll last longer but at least I've got the 2 year replacement if they don't! Enjoy while it lasts.

Returned within a day as it was terrible save your money for something else

I have found the Bose Soundlink Color II portable speaker to have a very clear sound and the Bose Connect App makes it very easy to connect and manage my different devices with it. I was able to easily connect to my music on my apple I phone 6 or switch over when I am in the house to connect to my Amazon Echo and stream my music. I like to connect it to my echo dot using the wire to direct connect it in the bedroom at night and listen to streaming of nature sounds (rain, ocean sounds, etc) and can't believe the quality of the sound output. I did find that turning off the auto off feature allows it to play all night if I wish. The sounds are so crisp and clear that you feel as if you are hearing the rain fall outside your window and truly are experiencing true sounds of nature. I highly recommend the Soundlink Color II if you are looking for a well made, perfectly sized portable speaker that sounds like a full size speaker and better yet it is waterproof so if you take it to the pool or beach it can withstand getting splashed with water.

I was only able to use for one day, speaker quit working

I love this speaker so far. I have had no problem connecting it or figuring out the features. The sound quality is definitely bose. It fills the room with music very nicely. So much better than my older jambox. The clarity and bass is perfection. Between this and the new revolve speaker they came out with I'd say the revolve has a slight edge on this. Only because of how they designed the revolve to have 360 sound. I put that speaker in the center of the room and it's equal from all sides. With this speaker it kind of had to be placed closer to the walls to get close to the same sound. When switching back and forth between the two the revolve was slightly louder and deeper, this speaker was a tad more crisp. But you would never notice the difference unless you really tested them out like I did. I would give this speaker a 4.9 and the revolve a 5.0. Either way you go, you will get amazing sound and quality. Perfect for any room of the house. And they are surprisingly loud for their size.

I recently was able to test the Bose Soundlink Color 2. I purchased the Fugoo Style about 3 months ago and have used it regularly and liked several things about it. It is very compact, has multi-directional sound, decent enough sound quality, but what really stood out to me was the battery life. Upon testing the Soundlink Color 2, I was far more impressed in sound quality and it's durability. The Soundlink Color is not waterproof, but I loved the silicon feel and general weight to the product. The one gripe that I had with this device is that it does not come with all the necessary components to use right out of the box, so if you are purchasing this product, make sure that you own an AC Power brick to be able to use it out of the box. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I have used this product in many rooms and outside, and I can honestly say that for the money, this product is definitely worth it. Nothing beats Bose sound.

Not loud enough, a cheaper speaker sounded louder!

This speaker has amazing sound quality inside and surprisingly outside as well. The bose app is user friendly, as is the speaker. With past products from different brands my phone has always struggled to connect but with bose it was simple and easy to get the speaker connected to my phone. I listen to music a lot throughout my day, and my days are always different so it's nice to have a speaker so durable and portable. Monday- Friday I can bring it to work and over the weekend I can bring it to the beach or on the paddle board. It is the best speaker I have used and though it be small in size it has amazing range of sound and quality. I can even hear it while I'm vacuuming my car! Overall I highly recommend this speaker for anyone who is looking for quality and durability. The product speaks for itself and is worth every penny.

I have had this speaker several months and love it. You would never think a wireless speaker this size could produce such a great sound! The build quality is excellent and this thing is sturdy and can take a beating with the thick rubber casing that envelopes it. I would say the only downside is its weight, but I personally don't carry it around all day.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this little speaker. Bluetooth pairing was a cinch, sound quality is really good, although not as good as I would expect from a Bose product, but still much better than other similar units I've used. I like that there is a button to pause, advance, or replay a track, something my previous bluetooth speaker lacked. I also like that when you turn the unit on to connect, it verbally tells you the device it's connected to; no more having to guess when my wife and I are in proximity to the speaker.

I'm really enjoying my Bose Soundlink Color II, Black. It was incredibly easy to setup and connected easily to all of our phones. It has great sound indoors and carries throughout main floor of our house. We have used the speaker outside as well, during yard work and at a campfire where it was exposed to the elements. The soft exterior is grippy so it doesn't slip out of my hands and it wiped clean from resting on the ground. I was also able to move around freely with my phone and never lost connection to the speaker. I'm most impressed by the simplicity and transportability of this speaker. It's compact size means that it fits easily in my beach bag or backpack. It is not packaged with a charging box but we have plenty of them and can also just use a computer to charge the speaker.

I found it floating in my Hot tub. It was probably there all night.I Let it dry out about 3 days, It works just like brand new! I love it! Its lightweight, heavyduty, connects to my blue tooth no problem. Sounds Amazing.

First off, let me say I love this speaker. The sound quality is awesome. It's light and compact and can easily slip into my bag for travel. It also holds a charge for a long time. I listen to mine for about an hour a day and probably only charge it every other week or every three weeks. I've been using mine for over a year and have had no issue with decreasing sound quality. I have two specific issues that kind of annoy me with this speaker. First, the micro USB port for charging is weak. I'm very gentle with my charging and the port has already loosened so that I have to arrange the cord in a specific way to get it to charge. Second, sometimes it has a hard time hooking up to the bluetooth on my phone. The speaker and my phone will both say they're connected, but for some reason it won't play. I typically have to disconnect and reconnect the bluetooth once or twice to fix this. With that being said, I would definitely buy this product again. The quality of the speaker outweighs my issues for sure.

I have had this for a few weeks and have been using it while I work. I work in landscaping and in various types of weather. This speaker has great sound. What I like the best is it sounds very clear at high volumes. Since I work outside I am usually pretty far away from the speaker, and I can clearly hear the music. That's what I love about it. I've used it in light rain with no problems. It's been in dirt and mud which washed off without hurting the speaker. I haven't put it in water because it's a nice piece of equipment, but I'm sure that it would be OK for a short period of time.

Very easy to set up and the sound is great. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Love it.
