    Need to return it, I thought it was wireless, that's what i wanted. Hope i can go to my local best buy and exchange it for what i want

      Hello, the Soundlink Color has an in-built battery which can last upto 8 hours at a typical listening volume for wireless listening.
      It also has Bluetooth 4.2 with a connection range of upto 33 feet (10 metres)

    I have absolutely no idea why this is rated 5 stars. The sound quality is terrible. I get a loud hissing from it when I play music.

    One time battery life, once it's out of battery, you never get it start again. Yes I charged it but it has no response.

      Thank you for reaching out for help with your Color speaker. If the speaker is not charging, there are some troubleshooting suggestions that we have for you. Let's try putting the speaker back into ship mode:

      Connect the speaker to power
      Press and hold the Multi-function button for 10 seconds
      While continuing to hold the Multi-function button, unplug the speaker from power
      Release the Multi-function button
