Bose has made an exceptional speaker. This thing is very durable. The audio is wonderful and it’s incredibly easy to use. The app is also incredibly helpful.

The sound is amazing. My only issues are design and programming flaws. The buttons are indented, all joined together and smooth so they’re hard to press for anyone with nails, and you can’t press them in the dark. It doesn’t stand up well on anything other than a hard, flat surface. Mostly, I hate that you can’t power it off with the app. I don’t like that it continues to make a chime noise every minute rather than auto power off (like it’s programmed to do) if it’s not connected to anything. So for example I use it with my tv at night. If I want to go to sleep I turn my tv off, but the speaker will chime every minute because the Bluetooth disconnected. And rather than it just power off after not being used for 5 mins, it will continue to alarm every min. So I have to physically get up out of bed to turn it off. I want to be able to turn it off in the app or for it to not make a chime noise. But there’s no option for that. There’s an option to turn off the voice in the app but that doesn’t stop the chimes. Kinda frustrating in this day and age.

The sound quality of this speaker is incredible, especially for its size. After weeks of searching for a good Bluetooth speaker, I am very clag I went with this one. The sound fills the room.

Loved it so much I bought a second one as a gift. First, I love that it's waterproof and I can play it in the shower. Second, the sound quality is perfection. Battery life is descent - probably not as good as my old JBL speaker that I replaced this one with, but still good for the amount of sound it's putting out for the length of time. Solid purchase.

Sound quality is great and it is a good size where it can be taken around the house easily.
