Great sounding and durable

The sound is very crisp and detailed with a slight bump in bass and clear highs and vocals when using the adjustable app eq settings. I found the default Bose setting a bit flat. It gets very loud only showing slight eq rollback on the low end frequencies at near max volume. This isn’t an audiophile sounding speaker but the sound quality is outstanding especially at this price. I have owned many and this is the best for my ears anyway. I imagine if you pair a second one the sound would be amazing. The physical controls are easy to use and understand. I also have a Bose portable home speaker which had held up many years so I expect the same from this one. It's rugged and great that it can be clipped to something for travel. As far as charging and runtime through 3 charges it has matched and slightly exceeded the Bose listed calculations. It can lay flat or upright. I think it sounds more full upright but it's nice to have options. There are so many portable speakers now it really comes down to sound and value and I can't imagine getting better than this at a sub $200 price point.

Very solidly built and ready for just about anything. With its IP67 rating you get dust proof and waterproof protection. Also, it floats in case you happen to drop it in water! With its tough silicone body you also get protection from drops. I love the sound of this speaker. Everything from jazz to hard rock sounds so good, and this speaker produces some impressive bass for its size. I’ve used plenty of other similar sized speakers and I must say the Soundlink Flex 2 is great. Amazing battery life and quality you would expect from Bose. Another thing like to mention is the Bose app. It works great and it was super easy to get the Soundlink 2 up and running. With just about everything being app-connected these days, it’s nice having a quality app to work with. There are a ton of speakers out there to choose from. If you get the chance, I recommend going to your local Best Buy and giving this speaker a listen. You definitely won’t be disappointed with this one. I definitely recommend this speaker!!

Product shaping should be tubular instead a flat base stand. Music sound okay but not a good product for people on the go my friends.

Was a little short on base sound. Somewhat overpriced but the sales discount made it acceptable Would not buy without this discount.

The charging brick isn’t included as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact most customers already have compatible chargers, which helps minimize waste. The great news is that your SoundLink Flex (2nd Gen) includes adjustable Bass, Treble, Boost, and Reducer settings, so you can fine-tune the sound to your liking.
To use the Equalizer:
In the Bose app, select your product then tap on the EQ button in the lower-left corner; or within the Sound section of the Settings menu, select Equalizer. Bass, mid, and treble level presets can be chosen buttons below. Graphic EQ changes can be made by pressing and sliding the white circle up or down. To return to the default EQ curve, tap Reset in the upper-right corner.
