This speaker sounds great. Nice bass. Live that it has an equalizer to make adjustments to sound. This small speaker performs to the high standard fie which Bose is known. I love the portability. This speaker may not be for everyone, but it is perfect for my use. I use it in my craft room. I use it when sitting outside. I recently used it for a trunk or treat event. I also love the color options.

Best sound in its price class. I compared it the similarly priced JBL, and there was no comparison. This was crisp and clear and loud, while the JBL was muddy and all bass. Plus, it's waterproof and has a long charge time.

This is an upgrade to a Bose (plug in) iPod speaker I was given 15+ years ago. My iPod is on its way out so I needed something new. This wonderful little speaker travels with me from room to room, outside, and further away without the need for an electrical socket. Sound quality is great (for me). Ive tested many different portable speakers within this price range, here's what stood out to me with this Bose SoundLink Flex. First off, the base is really impressive for a little speaker like this. The mids are great and there is very little distortion when going full volume. Has great battery life and can easily be paired and managed within the bose app. Ended up giving it to my mom, she loves it.

Bought this for a family member who regularly listens to podcasts from a phone. The setup and connectivity was straightforward, and the sound quality is perfect for listening to song or to the spoken voice. Before, one needed to be a close range to the phone but now it is clearly heard in the room and I have been able to listen in on the same episodes without trying to crowd near a small phone just to hear.
