The speaker itself I feel is good design, good quality, but lacks in some simple ways. First, the charging port I feel should have a cover so debris, water, etc. could be kept out. Second the first generation and second generation speakers do not pair together. I feel this should’ve been addressed so all Bose products would be compatible together. Third support from Bose has been terrible. if you do get in touch with somebody no help walking you through any type of problem, and don’t bother to try to make a purchase from Bose directly. My advice if you buy a Bose product buy it through Best Buy.

This is a great sounding speaker, I have two of them now and when connected together , the sound is amazing. The app on my iPhone is easy to use. Even has a EQ to adjust sound to your taste. Great buy, highly recommend this product

I’ve bought two Bose speakers. One for me and one for my mother-in-law I love the sound quality if you’re into base there is a solid punch, so I don’t recommend going to the JBL‘s and those other companies very solid speaker also on Amazon I found a protector that goes around it. I’m a semi driver so lug it around with me. On a full charge I drove from Kentucky back to Minooka on it. That’s about a 5 Hour Drive and it still had juice

Purchased this when it was on sale. Great sound with deep bass.

The speaker has a nice sound quality. The speaker can be used for a small party in living room or outside as well. I have used it near a swimming pool as well and worked well. The bass for the speaker is a little less. The app helps a lot as it provides various features in it. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love the Bose SoundLink Flex 2! Right out of the box it was easy to set up and connect to my phone — Bluetooth pairing was seamless every time. The sound quality is outstanding for such a compact speaker: clear highs, rich mids, and a surprisingly punchy bass that fills a room and makes outdoor listening a blast. Even at moderate volume levels, the audio stays crisp and distortion-free, and at higher levels it still performs impressively for its size.

I really love this it's a great portable Bluetooth speaker. It's cute and connects well with my phone. I use it for class and it works really well in your classroom with students

I use this product on the golf course. On the beach. At the park with my kids. Any and everywhere. Honestly one of the better purchases my wife has said i have made. The sound is incredible and it holds battery power better than 99% of wireless speakers out there. 10/10

I travel a lot for work and entertain guests at home so I wanted something that fits in my laptop bag but also had enough power and clarity for occasional backyard barbecues. It's impressively rich and clear even at low volumes. I wish the microphone was a bit clearer but it gets the job done for Zoom calls. The app provides firmware updates and equalization. I've tried Soundcore, Sony, and JBL. JBL is very close but Bose are a bit better at putting big clean sound into small packages.

It was an excellent acquisition, this is my second Bose and the quality is indescribable, it has great amplitude and battery. Furthermore, during my visit to the Florida Mall in Orlando, I was served spectacularly by the saleswoman Fernanda, which made me complete my purchase in the store.
