I have several bose products.was going to get the bose soundlink when my ue gave up. I think it sounds really good compared to the ue.

First, the charging port I feel should have a cover so debris, water, etc. could be kept out. Second the first generation and second generation speakers do not pair together. I feel this should’ve been addressed so all Bose products would be compatible together. Third support from Bose has been terrible. if you do get in touch with somebody no help walking you through any type of problem, and don’t bother to try to make a purchase from Bose directly. My advice if you buy a Bose product buy it through Best Buy.

Right out of the box it was easy to set up and connect to my phone — Bluetooth pairing was seamless every time. The sound quality is outstanding for such a compact speaker: clear highs, rich mids, and a surprisingly punchy bass that fills a room and makes outdoor listening a blast. Even at moderate volume levels, the audio stays crisp and distortion-free, and at higher levels it still performs impressively for its size.

Wanted something for when we go to the beach that sounded good, and didn't want to lug anything big and heavy. This puts out an amazing bit of sound for it's size. Really like it, and the app has an EQ which allows you to control the base, mid and treble. It was on sale too, so very happy with the price.

You can adjust the speaker equalizer within the app. The song quality is nice. It plays loud an overall good sound for such a little speaker. I also like how it tells you how much battery life is left every time you turn it on I would definitely recommend this product to a friend or family member.
