[Employee of bestbuy] As a former Sony and JBL speaker loyalist I was pleasantly surprised at the sound profile and capabilities of the Bose soundlink flex. I compared the speaker to the Sony ULT(the smaller one not the massive one) and the JBL charge 5 and boy was I impressed, Although not exactly punching you exactly the same bass wise as the JBL the Bose made up for it in clarity and lack of distortion at higher volume Clear winner over the Sony and it just edges the JBL charge 5 via clarity vs sheer sound.

Overall, solid sound. Durable, and easy to carry in the golf bag

The speaker itself I feel is good design, good quality, but lacks in some simple ways. First, the charging port I feel should have a cover so debris, water, etc. could be kept out. Second the first generation and second generation speakers do not pair together. I feel this should’ve been addressed so all Bose products would be compatible together. Third support from Bose has been terrible. if you do get in touch with somebody no help walking you through any type of problem, and don’t bother to try to make a purchase from Bose directly. My advice if you buy a Bose product buy it through Best Buy.

I absolutely love the Bose SoundLink Flex 2! Right out of the box it was easy to set up and connect to my phone — Bluetooth pairing was seamless every time. The sound quality is outstanding for such a compact speaker: clear highs, rich mids, and a surprisingly punchy bass that fills a room and makes outdoor listening a blast. Even at moderate volume levels, the audio stays crisp and distortion-free, and at higher levels it still performs impressively for its size.

Great little speaker. I take it all over the house and I different rooms when I'm listening to music. Good base sound.

I love this speaker. I have bought a few other Brands , that was cheaper, but you get what you pay for... Amazing sound from such a small compact speaker , with amazing Bass..it Is a little expensive , but I got it in sale for only $99..Had bought it in the Sandstone color, which was very nice, except the buttons were hard to see . grey in color , with lighter grey colored buttons... Difficult to see... On the light ones.. The buttons Should be Black.. I returned it for the Black one which Is much easier to see....

Bought this to replace my ue boom 2 because it does t hold a charge anymore. I have several bose products.was going to get the bose soundlink when my ue gave up. I think it sounds really good compared to the ue.

Great sound and perfect for traveling I recommended to all my friends and family who enjoy music so much. This is a perfect perfect opportunity to listen to music by using Bose speakers.
