Loses Bluetooth Connectivity

Two of the four we purchased started having bluetooth connectivity issues shortly after purchase. We had one replaced but had the same results so we though it was the phone we were connecting to. Unfortunately we have the same results with the S24 Ultra we just purchased. Sound is great when it did connect, but loses bluetooth connectivity randomly after short use. Have involved Bose tech support (they replaced the one unit) but the issue again remains.

Im sorry bose ya lost me <\3

Posted .Hi Samm, I'm sorry to hear the SoundLink Flex speaker didn't quite match your expectations. The speaker's battery life is 12 hours at typical listening volumes. Using the speaker at more extreme volumes will reduce the playback time to as little as a few hours, as higher volumes require more power from the battery. I hope this information is useful! Both my wife and I enjoy using this but my one complaint, minor really, is that when it is turned on it connects to all devices that are in its list. It would be better if it only connected to one device at a time and not all of them.
