I'm not a sound expert at all, I just like that it's a great size, it sounds good to me, it's easy to use, recharges fast, and last a good long time.

For it's size,this speaker does not disappoint. It's easy to use,you can hold it in one hand and easily control all the functions. Bluetooth connects fast and flawlessly. And the overall durability of this speaker, unbelievable. I dropped this speaker down a flight of stairs,about 9 steps in total,and it never missed a beat,I picked it up,wiped off the scuff marks and kept on jamming. Durable,waterproof,amazing sound, affordable. Nice work Bose!

Sorry to hear that you have returned your speaker. In a typical usage, the SoundLink Flex battery lasts up to 12 hours. As with any battery-operated device, battery performance can vary based on a number of different factors. These include the type of content being played, the volume, and the surrounding temperature. Listening to music at less than 50% volume ensures a longer battery life, whereas increasing the volume past 65% of max decreases the life of the battery at a faster rate.

The SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker has a 12 hour battery life at normal listening volume. If you are listening at higher volumes, this may effect the battery life. Was great while it worked, but mine has never been subjected to water damage, extreme heat, etc. Kept it indoors and pampered for 1 month. Hopefully Bose will provide decent support since it is no longer returnable to *Best Buy.

No Bluetooth Connection

I've read all the instructions that came in the box, I've checked on the Bose website and Google. No luck! I'm returning it & hopefully they accept the return because I live 60 miles away so I can only get there when I go that direction, which is not often.
