At full volume, after 3 hours the battery is at 50 percent. The sound is very clear. Not very loud, but it’s loud enough for a small speaker. Very easy to take everywhere.the best thing about this speaker is the clear sound.the new Sony SRSXG500 is bigger with great sound it a little heavy.

I didn't like that whenever you tried to strap the speaker to your side and when you would move; the speaker would always sway in and out blocking the noise. The sound was perfect and bass was fantastic. It's just that I thought it would be smaller. The speaker isn't bad I just didn't like it.

The range is good aswell. The battery life can do better as full volume would last 6-7 hours. Highly recommend.

Also, it woke up my niece who is a deep sleeper when I blasted it from the living room. Just make the inexpensive plunge and purchase this masterpiece by Bose.

Couldn't make it to work with my MacBook. Sound quality is very good, but Bose needs to improve its human-interface design. Used to have a pair of Bose 301 speakers; was easy to use, just hardwired it to the amplifier. But those were the good old days before blue tooth. In this regard, Bose is again behind the curve.
