Not durable at all. Only the rubber on the back is tough. The front of the speaker is very delicate. I only dropped it once from like 2 feet in my driveway.

Excellent sound coming from such a small package. It boggles the mind how Bose was able to get as much bass out of this tiny portable speaker. So versatile and rugged. I just throw it in my backpack when I travel. I have two of them that I pair in stereo mode. Battery life is just enough for my uses. Charges fast enough for more music play time.

Bought as a gift initially and wound up buying one for myself after hearing the sound quality first hand. I wasn't sure at first if I'd use this much vs just listening to music directly on my phone but the sound really is so much better and louder than on my phone. The portability is great and I've used this poolside, outside doing yardwork, while cooking, all kinds of casual moments where I wanted to not sit in silence but didn't want my phone nearby. The battery lasts quite a while and charges fairly quickly. The only downside is that I had one issue when I replaced my phone with the app as my speaker refused to recognize my new phone and it eventually required a full deletion of the app and reset

This is a great speaker for vacations and mobile use anywhere you are. Easy to drop in the bag for the beach with no worries about sand or water. I stuck a carabiner on it to attach it to the bag or belt loop. No connectivity issues using it around the yard. Tremendous sound with great battery life. Highly recommended.

Bose is well known to produce high quality audio products and this bluetooth speaker does not disappoint. The huge sound fills a room with little effort and it is incredible to think that the sound is coming from such a small/medium sized portable speaker. Set up was easy. A quick start guide is provided and installation of the Bose Connect app is required. I'm not a fan of installing apps just to connect a bluetooth device to your phone or other device. But this Bose app does offer some impressive features including the ability to find lost devices like ear buds. This speaker seems well built and very durable. It comes with a fabric hoop on one end that you can use to hook to a belt loop or backpack if you are taking it on the go. It is water and dust resistant, which are nice features for outdoor use. Battery life during my testing was excellent. I love how Bose audio products always give you an audible battery life announcement as you turn them on. Lastly, I can't say enough about the audio quality. This speaker gets LOUD, and does not distort the quality of that audio even when cranking it up. I listened to music and podcasts and both came through loud and clear with incredible clarity. This speaker has a really good price point. I highly recommend it for use in home or on the go. It's a terrific option for nearly any audio needs.

Works great with all my Bluetooth devices. The sound is amazing and lifelike. It has ple ty of volume to clearly hear every note. Nice bass too., charhing us fast and has a long battery life, lasts me all shift.

I bought this speaker to replace a somewhat comparable-but-discontinued Sony speaker. I like to have/carry one around while I do dishes and other housework. Like you’d expect from Bose, this speaker gives off some surprising sound quality for something so portable. Infinitely better sound than the Sony I’d been using. Small speakers are notorious for junky bass and tinny treble, but there is zero tin here. Bass doesn’t shake my house, but it tackles it better than any of the outlooks comparable speakers I tried. Battery life is fairly impressive. I can use it for days (not continuously) without a charge, and it lets me know well in advance that it’s time to plug it in. I also really came to like the little loop on the side of the speaker. It’s nice for hanging on hooks when I can find one it will fit on. Great sound and easy portability should give this speaker 5 stars, but it tips over so dang easy, which messes with the bass and deeper tones which come out of the back. The Sony this speaker replaced was a very similar shape and size, but very rarely (if ever) tipped over onto its back the way this one does. If it were a little more stable, I’d be happy to give it 5 stars. A close call almost had this speaker tipping over into a sink. Be careful how and where you place it.

The sound out of this speaker is impressive especially the lower sounds. Everyone who has listened to this speaker has been suprised by the clear sound and the volume it is able to put out for a small speaker. Really enjoy that it can be linked to other Bose speakers for when you need sound over a bigger area. Water and dust proof which is great for beach trips and listening to your favorite beach vibes while watching the ocean.

Great sound, loud is still, quite clear. Easy to pair and a color that is not black but still dark so I won’t get it dirty no matter where I use it. Charges up pretty quickly. It tells me what is connected when I turn it on, and will announce the battery percentage. I use it almost daily, all day.

Amazing portable speaker! The Bose SoundLink Flex has great sound with solid bass for its size. It’s waterproof, dustproof, and super durable—perfect for outdoors. Battery lasts around 12 hours, and it’s easy to carry. Sounds awesome for its size, though it’s mono only. Great for travel or hanging out anywhere!

This speaker is amazing and very lightweight. I am going to buy one for myself. It has great sound and super portable. It will even fit because size and shape in the water bottle sides of a backpack. Bluetooth your music anywhere. We had bought my son a JBL first and then saw this and bought him this one as well. 10 out of 10 on this speaker. He LOVES it! Comes in many colors as well. Very affordable for such good sound. It was on sale somewhere else but only boring. Okors and Best Buy matched the price.

Best little speaker money can buy, I’ve owned a handful of other brands Bluetooth speakers over the years but this one is it. I love the fact that it has a waterproof ability to it and that the charging cable is usb type C. It delivers crisp highs and a surprising amount of base, battery run time is around 10 hours of real life usage at a moderate volume level. The exterior has a rubbery feel, making it a little more robust(I use it when I’m working in the tractor). Over all awesome speaker, and if you have more than one, you can pair them together to creat a stereo effect.

I purchased this snappy little wireless bluetooth Bose speaker for the smaller size and portability but I was a little worried the sound might suffer. Wrong! It has great bass and it can play loudly with clean, crisp sound. Charges quickly, holds a charge nicely, connects to bluetooth with no drama and it's non-bulky and slim. Worth every penny!

Crisp sound with good bass and very portable. Love that it's waterproof, but wish that it had a plug for an audio cable. Very easy to connect Bluetooth.

Awesome speaker!! Bose quality in a really attractive and light weight design. Love the look and feel of the speaker and the sound quality is typical Bose quality. I have an older soundlink speaker and this gets much louder and out performs it’s predecessor. Love the strap as well perfect for attaching to a bag and it seems very tough. Only down side is the material used on the case does attract pet hair and other dirt and dust but that’s the only downside. I have not tried getting it wet but I’ll take their word on that and hopefully not have to worry about that.
