Bose has out done themselves. The battery life is also great, but it is not as rugged as they claim. Buy the extended warranty if you are going to be rough on it!

Was ready to purchase a JBL at a much lower price but after listening to both the JBL and this Bose speaker it blew the JBL away. Well worth the extra cost.

A lot of bang for your buck.

In our 1300 sq. ft. home, I can put this in a room, and easily hear it throughout the house, with really good, clear sound.
