The speaker has good low frequencies and good mid-range too high frequencies. Plays well at loud volumes. The speaker is small but sounds good playing loud. I like the size of the speaker. It is very convenient to stick in your coat pocket or bag.

It charges quickly and the charge lasts for a long time. We never run out of charge when we take it for a day at the beach. The reason I took off a star is because we cannot get it to link to our main Bose sound bar in our house. We originally bought it so that the music could be on in the house through the sound bar and also on this speaker on a patio table outside. Maybe it is user error or maybe I misunderstood when I purchased it and it is not capable syncing with a Bose soundbar.

BOSE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BUY

Mine broke at about 6 months, it just stopped working. I didn’t drop it or anything, it just quit on me. BUT Bose sent me a brand new one free of charge within a week of calling. That’s what I call customer service! My new one is still going strong. It has the best sound out there. And I just bought a mini to pair along with it!!!
