I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed by the SoundLink Flex speaker.
Did you know that this speaker has a unique technology called PositionIQ, which adjusts EQ based on product orientation (these are pre-programmed EQs for each orientation – horizontal, vertical or on its back). There is nothing you need to do to make these audio adjustments. Depending how you place your speaker in the room, the PositionIQ will provide the best audio performance in the current speaker orientation.
