Hook up to Apple phone super easy. Android hook up had some issues. Highly suggest not using Bose link for hook up. Just use your normal Bluetooth discovery for set up.

Great speaker in a small package

Connecting through Bluetooth was simple to set up with my phone. The loop is great to hang off the work clothes or a convenient location. when using the volume on the higher end it seems I only got 10 hours of it but I have not had it very long to get a real feel for the battery life. The phone answering option is nice but I have headphones for that.

I use this speaker at home and on vacation. The price was excellent and the item was delivered as promised. Love the handle to you can hang the speaker from anywhere or place on a flat surface like a table or desk.

Ok (for the price)

I paid $129.99 in April 2022 from Best Buy. A little more than half of what I paid for the III. While the sound quality is ok for a normal sized bedroom, this is not comparable to the BOSE SL III. Not nearly as robust nor loud. The Bass from the SL III was also more natural sounding. This is easier to travel with but again, it’s not a equal replacement. The BOSE SL III was great for backyard gatherings and for pairing with my iPad while streaming movies while traveling and staying in hotels. I wish BOSE made a product similar in size with the SL III while retaining the great sound quality.
