Posted .I'm sorry you returned your SoundLink Flex speaker, Mary, though you did like the sound! This speaker provides 12 hours of listening at typical volume; only extreme volumes will reduce the playback time to as little as a few hours. Regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

I use this speaker the most often in the bathroom while I shower and get ready. No issues so far from the moisture (couple months of use).

Not sure why I needed an app. to sign in with Bose Speaker. Serves no purpose. Also if someone else wanted to play music, they would need to download the app. In order for the Bose speaker to recognize it via bluetooth.
