Posted .Thanks for your review. The SoundLink Flex speaker is generally designed to be used in- or outdoors, and it provides up to 12 hours of battery life. However, using the speaker at extreme volumes can reduce the playback time to just a few hours. Regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

Today, Feb 11th, 2022, it quit taking a charge. And I can no longer return it. $162 down the drain. Now it will cost me time, money and frustration to have it repaired. What a waste of money. Bose is usually an excellent product -- not so much this time.

I would recommend that you try a different charging cable to see if the issue is the speaker or the cable. You could also try an update here: https://bose.life/3rLqXf7. This has resolved issues like this.
