    Returned the speaker. Extremely disappointed with how long the charge lasted. Is says up I 12 hours. It was fully charged and it lasted not even 4.

      Sorry to hear that you have returned your speaker. In a typical usage, the SoundLink Flex battery lasts up to 12 hours. As with any battery-operated device, battery performance can vary based on a number of different factors. These include the type of content being played, the volume, and the surrounding temperature. Listening to music at less than 50% volume ensures a longer battery life, whereas increasing the volume past 65% of max decreases the life of the battery at a faster rate.

      The SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker has a 12 hour battery life at normal listening volume. If you are listening at higher volumes, this may effect the battery life.     Bought this product on sale literally 1 month ago and now it will not connect with any charger, so is effectively trash. Was great while it worked, but mine has never been subjected to water damage, extreme heat, etc. Kept it indoors and pampered for 1 month. Hopefully Bose will provide decent support since it is no longer returnable to *Best Buy.

    Not as advertised. It is not capable of reaching the expected loudness. When used in Bluetooth the loudness lowers and is not capable of reaching high levels.

    So far, no good! I can't get it to connect through Bluetooth. I've read all the instructions that came in the box, I've checked on the Bose website and Google. No luck! I'm returning it & hopefully they accept the return because I live 60 miles away so I can only get there when I go that direction, which is not often.

    Mediocre sound. Fast draining battery. And overall bad design and execution. Too many flaws to list. Buy the JBL instead.

    Its all right product, sounds good but battery life is awful, i think it is overpriced, if they improve the battery life, might be worth for the money

    this Bose product was very disappointing to me. It doesn’t have much of a volume range . For a Bose product, I expected more volume ability.

    It has already died. I am going to take it to Best Buy and see what they can tell me but I am disappointed that it has already stopped working. I will also say I have a similar speaker in the JBL line and it sounds better than this speaker as well. Which was a disappointment.
