Charged quickly! Within 15 mins I had a full charge from about 30%. The quality of sound is great not too much bass to drown out the words. Being wet didn't change the quality of sound. Doesn't accumulate dust while using outdoor

I LOVE IT, LOVE IT THIS IS THE BEST PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER I HAVE BOUGHT SO FAR. THE BASE IS AWESOME THE CLARITY IS FANTASTIC, NOT TO MENTION THE SIZE WHICH YOU CAN HANG ANYWHERE. I ALSO BRING IT IN MY CAR SOMETIMES, WHILE MY HUSBAND IS DOING YARD WORK HE LOVES THE SOUND OF THIS WONDERFUL BLUETOOTH. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL BLUETOOTH. I MADE A WISE CHOICE IN PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

Very easy to set up and to use. Sound quality is good. For a single speaker, and for size, it's very good sound. Holds charge a long time. Not perfect or amazing, but a good choice for the price. Would give it 4.5 if that were a choice.

We've used Bose Soundlink speakers since the beginning. This one is the best yet. Good sound quality, portable, easily charged. Very happy with our purchase.

Amazing sound in a relatively small package. I also have the similar JBL and the bass is much richer on the Bose. I take it with me on trips to play music on the beach or in our Airbnb and it works perfectly since it travels well.

I love this little Bose Soundlink Flex speaker! It’s small but mighty — it is louder and has a better sound than our soundbar (not a Bose). The small size and carrying strap are perfect to cart from room-to-room (which is what I do). The Bluetooth is easy to use — I keep my phone connected at all times! I haven’t used the app much, but the speaker works fine without it. Highly recommend!

Very good sound quality for music and works decently for streaming movies. Tough exterior, dropped a couple of times and still working great.

I am a bose fan... It wasnt 24 hours before seeing the launch of this speaker that I had one in my hands. Especially at this price point. I own a classic v1 sound link mini, micro, and now the flex. I am impressed with the build quality and definitely the sound from this thing! I was going to go with a Soundlink color about a month ago, because I wanted something a little louder and "updated". I am so glad I waited and this came out. At $150, I have zero regrets on this purchase. Bose did it again! Now I wont have to lug my S1 around when I just want to enjoy some music at moderate levels.

Fantastic portable speaker with the sound quality you can expect from Bose. // Setup During the initial setup it will prompt you to download the Bose Connect app but don’t worry, you actually don’t have to download this app if you don’t want to. I was able to connect it via bluetooth and it works just fine. However, downloading the Bose Connect app will allow you to access settings like managing the devices that are paired to the speaker, party mode to connect a second Soundlink speaker to play music on more than one speaker at a time, the auto off timer settings to automatically turn the speaker off after a set amount of time, whether you want voice prompts, as well as some other misc settings. // The Speaker For the speaker itself, it feels very solid and has a nice weight to it without it being too heavy. It has a nice, rubbery material on the sides and the back which makes it comfortable and secure to carry so there’s little chance of slipping out of your hand, and it also has a fabric loop on one end to either carry it or hang it. The front of the speaker is hard plastic. The physical buttons located at the top of the unit are all protected by the rubber outside of the speaker. Functions include power, volume up/down, another multi function button for play/pause/skip tracks or answering/declining calls/accessing Siri. // Sound Quality For sound quality, just like all Bose products it’s very crisp and clear with a balanced sound profile with an emphasis on highs and it’s not bass heavy, which again is similar to other Bose products. However, a trick if you want more bass and less highs is to simply turn the front of the speaker away from you pointing the woofer speaker on the back to you and the main speaker away, reducing the highs. That is something to consider though with this speaker is that the sound profile changes whether you're listening to it from the front of the speaker or the rear, so it's not quite uniform sound like you could find on some other portable speakers. It charges via USB-C and comes with a USB type A to USB-C cable which is about 19 inches long but doesn’t come with a wall adaptor. Overall, another fantastic product from Bose.

Great sound! Easy to carry around. Keeps a charge fairly long. The only drawback is that I have to reconnect it to my phone often. More than I'd like to. It's inconvenient.

The battery only last 1 hour on a full charge at most. Sounds good far as sound and looks nice.

Bought these for Christmas gifts. My guys really like them. The speaker has tremendous volume. We paired two of them together to get stereo sound. I can’t speak much to the technical side of this product. I do know you download a Bose app to get things connected with your phone. Overall the sound they generate seems like it’s coming from something much larger. They definitely have the bass sounds covered. I bought these for 2 teenagers and someone in their 50s. Everyone is very pleased.

This little jewel is exactly what I was hoping for. Easy to use, great sound and good battery life.
