Another absolute garbage interface. While it can "remember" up to 6 devices I believe, expect absolutely zero from the interoperability standpoint. i don't want to play them from my device. Bose, and I want to play them from PC. If you're going to play solely from your personal device, they're super great and the one touch is almost flawless. It's beyond puzzling that you build in the capability of them being able to remember other devices only to fail to build this into the app. Let me explain. When I go to ask my computer to find and pick up the speakers, it displays two Different Bose devices- Bose Flex Soundlink and LE - Bose. I suspect the correct pick is the former because it acknowledges it whereas it doesn't with the LE selection. So once connected to it, the app really starts wreaking havoc with it all. You have to have Bluetooth turned on with your device but it keeps defaulting to the device player. In other words I can't dislodge it from my device to acknowledge the computer as the source to stereo pair.... All told, music only comes from my computer speakers. When I call customer service, all I get is "ummmm.... let me look that up." "Ummmm..... let me look that up." The instructions the rep provided to me were incorrect. She couldn't even tell me how to correctly turn these things off. All this coupled with extra ordinary wait time. I'm beyond super frustrated to say the least. Ok Bose.... How do I fix this and more importantly get in touch with somebody in technical support that is competent? The sound is breath taking when they work, which is only 50% of the time.
