I believe this is the best mini speaker I have ever used, the sound is flat out amazing. I liked it so much I purchased one for every family member i have.

Excellent product! Excellent customer service at Best Buy. I had an issue pairing the device with my phone. I went back to Best Buy, and they figured out the problem, and set me up (it was my phone & the Bose app that was the issue). When I need electronics, I shop at my local Best Buy, because they are knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonably priced. This speaker was more expensive on the big online shopping sites than it was at Best Buy. I also love shopping local, even if it's a large chain store, because they employ local people.

This speaker exceeded my expectations. I was reluctant to make the purchase. I believe the integration of the mic to make calls and the clarity of the calls sets this product above the competition. Waterproof, outer rubber protective casing, etc... brilliant!!!
