Great sound quality but the mic is lacking

The sound quality is great and what I would expect from Bose but the mic doesn't work well with my iPhone. The mic seems to work fine with my PC. I also have issues with it dropping connection of my phone when I switch from my phone to my PC, even though my phone is right next to me.

It seems as though you seem to be experiencing issues only when connecting to your phone. Let's try to establish a fresh connection to see if we can correct the mic and the connectivity problem. To do this, hold the switch in the Bluetooth position for 10 seconds. Then, on your phone and all other connected devices including your PC, go to the Bluetooth list and delete the headphones. Now re-pair them.

They're just ok

I'd have to say I'm a little disappointed for the money, but they're still nice. Best feature is the comfort, range and ability to hold eight devices in memory. You can scroll to each source by sliding the power button. It supposed to connect to 2 devices at a time, but I haven't had a need to do that. The biggest disappointment is the sound, it's a little cold. I also get interference from other electronics in the house, but haven't been able to pinpoint the source. I like my in ear cheapies more.
