Know that you’ll still hear some of the jet engines on an airplane but turning up the volume takes care of this. These aren’t noise canceling so I expected some ambient noise but turning up the volume takes care of almost all of it. I would definitely recommend because they do what they’re advertised to do and worth not paying the extra $100-150 for noise cancellation.

Better than Beats!

You can actually tweak or bend the Bose with no issues. My son says the sound is also far superior. Was so impressed bought two more pair over holidays for my youngest son and myself. Built in mic is also huge plus for gamers. Great mid priced headphones.
