I was holding back a little to purchase the Bose headphone push comes to shove I broke my Sony headphones and force to buy it and I don't regret it its lighter and the sound is great. very happy

Wanted new headphones love wireless these fit the bill

Sound quality and clarity is worth for the price..

They ok if you just want OK. No base, below average noise counseling, after a few hours they are not comfortable, voice is JUST ok. You get what you pay for, so I'm going to enjoy these as long as I can.

I got these wireless headsets for my 12 year old son who is really into technology and have no regrets. He loves them! Wears them to school and I purchased the warranty to fully cover them and it was worth it.

After purchasing a set of Bose speakers for my Mac, I decided to get a pair of these headphones. I was very impressed with the sound and build quality of their products after testing the desktop speakers. Unfortunately, These headphones are horrible when used on a Mac. The sound volume is very weak at full volume, and the sound quality is on par with a $20.00 set of headphones. I found out after much looking around on the internet, that it is because these do not support high quality codecs on a Mac. I read other people's complaints, but I figured they didn't troubleshoot the issue correctly. Bose should state that these are NOT recommended for a Mac. There is no excuse.

Purchased this headset for my husband he loves that on the plane he no longer has cords dangling. He loves them so much that my son likes them for his computer too.

Bought these for a road trip and I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. It’s rated so high, and the brand reputation is such, that I thought it was a home run………. Until I put them on the head. Uncomfortable, rather cheap feeling, and terrible sound. Physically hurt my ears, phone conversation was terrible on my end, and the bass was distorted. Literally took to the next BestBuy I came to. Unsure of battery life as I owned them an hour.

These sounded great. I returned them because they made my ears sweat profusely. I just think over the ear head phones aren’t for me.

Good so far. I would recommend it to other people.

I like bose products especially when it comes from bestbuy or bestbuy.com, it a personal decision, so what ever you do bestbuy has your back...

Love these - best purchase in a long time - i will say as a side note thought after my purchase i asked for a bag - i inderstand in CA they chey charge .10c for a bag. Well after spending the amount of money i did on these - bestbuy should eat the cost of the dang bag - they almost lost the sale over .10c

All perfect. It seems that people don’t hear me to well on conference calls and I need to talk louder. I have been told I have a loud voice and maybe that’s the perfect balance ones I understand how it’s been perceived at the listener site. Great deal.

Great gift for music lovers. With covid 19 pandemic, I have started working from home. These wireless headphones helped me address handsfree Long meetings.

This product works well. I bought it for my son so he wouldn’t be so close to the screen when watching videos. It’s pretty easy to set up even when placing it on uneven surfaces.

Good noise cancellation but quality of Bluetooth connection is not constant. Using this headset to answer phone calls at work can very frustrating due to poor connection.

Though the Bose headphones keep out noise, their base is a little light. If you are an average listener you will be fine. If you want the full effect of heavy metal base sounds or serious head banging music you may want to setup to the more exspensive model. Your choice of sound. Otherwise, a great buy!
