If you are an average listener you will be fine. If you want the full effect of heavy metal base sounds or serious head banging music you may want to setup to the more exspensive model. The mic pickup is poor. The ear pads are hot if you wear them for more than an hour. Over all I expected a little more for the cost.

Unfortunately I feel these headphone are slighly lower than I wanted. Having said that I am in no rush to replace them I have been using them for the last year happily..
