I am sorry to hear you have had a disappointing experience of the battery life and sound quality.
The headphones should achieve around 15 hours at a typical listening volume (reduced at higher volumes) and should take around 3 hours to charge if fully discharged. Alongside this, we built in a quick charge function where charging for 15 minutes, can give an extended 2 hours of listening time.

Bought for me, wife, kid and ended up returning all of them . Sorry Bose perhaps I felt the same only for my ear pattern. Also ordered new apple AirPods which works great for my ears and with easy apple ecosystem to all of my apple products

Though I was wrong, the sound was horrible. Even turned all the way up it’s not that loud or great. Would recommend trying out other options before throwing money down on this set. I took them back.

It said minor scratches nothing about missing accessories

The ear cushions are thin and poorly padded. The sound quality is adequate but I’m returning them because they’ll likely not last.
