||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it because Bose is most famous brand, however it was turned out no good for me. Every thing is perfect good except the sound is so weak. May be this head phone for 100 year old man??? I am very disappointed it. Sony is better 100%

Disappointing.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately these were stolen a week after purchase, but after wearing them on a plane and through the airport for 8 hours, I'm not impressed. Pads are comparable to much less expensive models, noise cancelling is sloppy and much less complete than comparable models from Sony, cups are sharp on the edge and I foresee them cutting the padding unless stored specifically in the carrying case which has a divider. Whoever stole these certainly didn't weigh the risk with the marginal reward.

Posted .Hi Sambern,
We are very sorry to hear of your experience. We appreciate your feedback on the materials used on the product. So you're aware, the SoundLink II do not use any noise cancellation technology, if you require this feature on your headset, we'd suggest taking a look at our QuietComfort 45 or Noise Cancelling Headphones 700.

The person I’m talking to cannot hear me...

Posted .Hello,
Thanks for providing us with your review. We are glad you're enjoying your headphones but are facing some issues with the microphone.
The microphone is tuned to pick up typical frequencies of a human voice. Microphone volume is automatically adjusted for softer or louder voices. In environments where a voice is in the background, that voice might be identified as a softer voice and made audible in the phone call. Talking louder allows the communication microphone to pick up your voice over background voices and/or sounds in the same frequency range. It’s important to note that mobile devices and cell networks may also perform automatic gain adjustments to the communication microphones’ audio path, try another mobile device and see if the far end audio improves.
If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to your local Bose product support team.
Kind regards,
Tegan - Bose Customer Support

Posted .Hello Bertie. Thank you for the the review. From a fully depleted battery, the SoundLink AE II headphones should fully charger in approximately 3 hours, and each charge should last around 15 hours with typical use and listening volume. If that is not the case with your headphones, we would definitely like to help. Please call us at 800-380-4831 so that we may assist further. We are available Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST.

Not noise Cancelling
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Little large for my head so they slide off my head if I bend down. They are definitely not noise canceling headphones.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your SoundLink Wireless II headphones. I am glad you like the sound quality but I am sorry you are unhappy with the sound quality when used for TV watching. I would sugegst that the sound on the TV you are using is turned up to at least 80% to ensure maximum sound quality.

Ok headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a Bose guy. Nearly every speaker in my house is a Bose. These headsets are great but after awhile, the padding that fits around your ear starts flaking off leaving black particles all over you.

Posted .Hi 0007, thank you for taking the time to review our product! I'm sorry to hear that your ear cushions have started to degrade. Our headphones are designed with durability and comfort in mind and our cushions are apart of that. However, things like sweat, heat and cold can cause/ accelerate the degrading of the cushions. This is why we offer cushion kits as an accessory to purchase so you are able to replace them. Reach out to our Customer Service Team to place an order. Once again, thank you for your time. Have a great day!

Terrible Quality! Don't Buy! You've Been Warned!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought three pairs. Two like this (black with blue trim) have peeling rubber that is stretched and wont go back. Charging port broke on one pair. one pair has hard time connecting. The third pair that was white& tan has no problems. bought feb 2018. Didn't last two years Bose says too bad, they are out of warranty but will sell new ones at discounted price $150.00 if I send back old broken ones. Probably refurbish and sell to you. Look at reviews online about the rubber peeling it's a known defect.

Nice headset!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would say these Bose headsets are nice but not the greatest. Average sound quality. Can’t say the difference between the average wired headphones and something worth $229

No Bass for Music
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ended up returning this for the QC35 II Wireless Headphones. Even though the headphones feel like they are well built. The sound quality was terrible. Had no bass, all treble. Probably good for talking over the phone but for the price I expected a lot more.

Not the Bose I remember
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've recently purchased these for my fiance as a birthday gift, I've never had issues with Bose in the past just amazing sound quality, and design never really mattered to me, but for some reason these headphones despite all the different attempts, sound muffled and just GENERIC, even the Mic she will call me from downtown Chicago with them, and its sounds barely inderstandable to the point she just uses her phone instead, really with Bose. I'm not sure if this product is the result of cutting costs for more profit, or if they have just fell off in terms of high end headphones, but truly disappointing.
