Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the SoundLink II Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality and comfort during use. Many users find that the battery life is remarkably long, allowing for extended usage without interruptions. While some users would prefer more bass and a louder maximum volume, the overall consensus is that these headphones offer great value for the price.

You can't really travel as far as it says you can. I walked outside my office window and it had a bit of static starting. The headphones aren't good for people who have sinus issues that cause earaches because it's basically suctioned to your ears. When using the mic, people aren't able to hear me as well so I had to get a separate mic. I ended up selling it because it just did hold up for me and my needs.

Hello Chimai, I am sorry to hear you have sold your headphones. The Bluetooth range is up to 9 m (30 ft), things like walls will effect this due to interference. In regards to the mic, if you have not yet sold the headphones, I am sure the steps here https://bose.life/3t3riYE will help. The continuous headband design features a micro suede Alcantara cushion that evenly distributes weight and enhances stability. The soft-cushion earcups provide a comfortable around-ear fit. If you are having issues with this, I would suggest giving us a call to explore this more, you can reach us using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of that page and we would love to get this fixed for you.

Bought these after my solo 2 Beats finally quit on me. Figured they’d be a good quality and price wasn’t to high. Can’t hear well when you’re using them for a phone call. There is a ton of background noise and the person on the other end can’t hear you very well. I didn’t use them much in the first two weeks or I would’ve returned them and got another pair of Beats. I had LG Infinum Bluetooth headphone which cost $80 less than these and are a far better quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your SoundLink Wireless Around-Ear Headphones II, Sully. We'd recommend clearing the Bluetooth communication with your phone using these following steps and then testing another phone call with your headset. 1. Hold the Power/Bluetooth button in the "up" position for about 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared.". 2. Remove the SoundLink from your phone's Bluetooth menu, then toggle the Bluetooth setting off and on again. 3. Reconnect the headset with your phone and test a call. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at 1-800-367-4008 for further assistance. They are available M-F 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern. Thank you, and have a great day. Hey Beccs! The headphones feature Bluetooth, meaning they're compatible with a huge range of third-party devices. Computer manufacturers use a huge array of different hardware and software. For connection assistance with your PC, please contact the manufacturer of your computer who will be able to help you out. Thanks!

I got this headset primarily for working from home. Little did I know that this has a known buggy microphone that has tremendous echo for the person you are speaking to. The audio is great no doubts, easily one of the best. I have returned it to purchase Apple Airpods instead, only because the microphone cannot be worked with.

Hey Sainath, I am so glad you love your headphones. Try adjusting the headphones and making sure the cushions are not sat awkwardly on your ear to prevent any pain. Sometimes glasses or jewellery can make the headphones sit at an angle. If this continues, please reach out to us as we would like to explore what is happening and see if we can help.
