Posted .Hey Galvini,
Great to hear you enjoy the sound quality of the headphones! You may be able to increase the bass levels on your device directly with an equalizer - the headset will play any audio that you send it from the connected device.

These things rock!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best set of headphones I have ever owned. Fit and finish is great. Sound quality is fantastic. Everything sounds great. Connecting to a device is a snap. One terrific feature is the ability to connect two devices simultaneously. I can have my iPod and Samsung phone hooked up at the same time. I can listen to music and answer an incoming call without having to switch devices. The music will pause and continue when the call is done. Also has a voice that tells you how much battery life you have, which devices you are connected to and who is calling. Awesome features. They are also extremely comfortable, so I can wear them for extended periods without issue. Battery life is good as I can listen for days without having to re-charge. Comes with a very nice case that also has a pouch for holding charging cord and direct connect cord (both of which are included with the headphones). I highly recommend these headphones.

Most practical non Noise-Cancelling headphone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because I wanted Bluetooth capability with cable backup capability and also capable to connect to multiple bluetooth devices. I have Bose's QC-24 noise-cancelling headphones, which I use primarily for travelling, but for local commute and to wear around work and home, this is the headphone I've been waiting for. The capability to pair to 8 devices is a major plus - where as most headphones only allows up to two, if at all. I'm not going to write a long review, but more of listing the Pros and Cons and a "Could be better section": Pros: * Pairs up to 8 devices * Switches between paired devices easily and no guessing (voice prompts is awesome) * No noticeable delay when watching videos using Bluetooth * Good sounds (I'm not an audiophile and have tinnitus on the left ear) * Microphone picks up my communication with Siri in normal tone (not sure how well, yet, for phone conversation) * Noise leaks is very minimum and only at higher volumes (to the point it hurts my ears) it becomes noticeable to the person next to me on the train Cons: * Buttons do not control camera * Using backup cable for headphone, the buttons on the headphone don't work for audio control * Connects to the last two devices after power on (pro for some people - but delays what I need to do slightly) * Synthetic leather smell of the ear cups - I can smell them when they're just hanging off my neck while not listenning to the headphone. Maybe they will dissipate over time * A bit on the expensive side, but this is what happens when no one can compare to your feature Could be better: Noise Cancelling - but that's not what I bought this for Things I haven't tested: Removing paired devices Microphone for phone calls When the battery is nearing zero, some headphones will nag you with "battery low" message over and over - I'll have to check on this later

Better than my Soundlink On Ear
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely loved the Soundlink On Ear, but over time my ears would heat up. These AE2 are perfect. Great balanced sound, comfort, and clean Bluetooth without the hiss.

Such a good feeling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work home, and some times kids do what kids do and I couldn't focus on my job. I bought this headphones with that purpose on mind along with freedom of movement since I am moving all the time too. You can't go wrong with Bose headphones. I went wireless to achieve freedom of movement without caring if I can broke whatever device I am connected to when listening to my favorite playlists. Bose is just amazing with sound quality, but of course you knew that, headphones itself are really soft and ear friendly, which means that my ear lobs are not boiling after hours of using them, also the sound feels so nice and do not harm at all to my inner ear after extended use. I walk around the house and can feel really good with my music without worrying where my podcast is. This headphones do a good job with canceling noise even tough is not designed to do that, of course if you want complete canceling and isolate yourself from the world you should go with the specific headphones that Bose has for it, (easily to figure it out by just reading the big letters on their respective boxes -NOISE CANCELING or BLUETOOTH- but the freedom that the Bluetooth gives to me is what a went for and works great for me. Quality most of the time goes attached to price, and these headphones are really top quality so is the price, however after bucks were expended I felt like they were the most well expended ever.

Very disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited about purchasing the Bose headphones but my excitement was short lived. The sound quality is so bad. The music makes sense only on the highest volume level. And middle level it performs horribly bad. Not at all worth the money and Bose brand.

Posted .Hi Philip,
I'm sorry to hear that your son has decided to return the headphones.
Just to make you aware, the SoundLink Around-Ear headphones are not part of our noise cancelling range of headphones. However, the ear cushions can reduce some noise when the headphones are worn.
Thanks!
