These headphones really don't reproduce the sound very well. They lack substance, there is very little base and very little treble. The only reason they have one star is that they are very easy to use. They connect to bluetooth quickly ad easily.

    Great balanced headphones

I've had Beats, Sony, Skullcandy over the ears, and these are a cut above the rest. Lightweight, nice carrying case. The charging cord could be longer. But the music from my iPhone sounds great. Great instruments and vocals. Strikes a perfect balance. If you are looking for heavy base, I'd probably go Beats. But these are great,

Within three weeks of owning this product the right ear started to cut out the audio. In addition, the sound quality is sub-par for a bose product, failing to deliver the rich sound the name has become synonymous for, and below the quality of supposedly inferior brands. Best Buy would not replace after their 15-day return policy unless I had bought their expensive "warranty" so I won't be giving them any more of my business.

The sound quality was just fine. After using it for about a week. These head phones wouldn't pair anymore. The only reason I didn't return them. I'm still able to use with an accessory cable that was included. I've always thought Bose is a top of the line sound equipment. This piece of equipment proves otherwise.

Thank you for reaching out for help with your headphones. We can certainly help with providing a solution. The most likely way to resolve this is clearing the pairing list. Here's how:

      1. Turn the headset on by sliding the Power/Bluetooth switch to the on position.
      2. Slide the switch up to the Bluetooth symbol and hold until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared".

The headset will revert to discoverable mode, allowing you to re-pair the Bluetooth device you want connected. If this doesn't work, let's try removing the headset from the source device's Bluetooth list.

If you'd like further assistance, we have technical experts at the ready. You can reach them at 1-800-379-2073. We are open from Mon. – Fri., 9 AM – 9 PM EST. Bose

    Way better than Beats

    Posted .

I tried out the studio wireless beats before going to those headphones just to give them a try and I was a little dissapoibted with those. These Bose heads phone though are one of the better over the ear headphones I've tried in a long while. They feel nice around the ears with the very generous cushions. The noise cancelling is awesome even without active noise cancelling, that drains battery life faster anyways so I'm glad this isn't a feature. Very rarely will someone go 15 hours straight of listening to music so these headphone will last you days on one charge. I use them daily for when I'm working or out and about. If you are on the fence about these and any Beats product then I would go with these for sure.

I have researched a lot about this headphone. It sounds truely amazing. Crystal Clear sound. I use this headphone mainly at my workout. Fits perfectly. Looks Elegant and classy. Doesn't give flashy look. If you are looking for flashy look then you should buy Beats. Beats are also good but it has good bass which i don't prefer every time. In my Opinion, this is amazing headphone. Though, its pricey but believe me each of penny I spend on this is worth it. Only thing is missing in this headphone is noise cancellation. If Bose comes up with this idea then it will be like extra icing on the cake.

These are the new Bose around-ear SoundLink II which replaces the AE2w. Glad Bose finally got rid of the bluetooth module on the side. I also had the on-ear SoundLink from last year but my ears always hurt after an hour of listening. These are more comfortable, have great balanced sound and good battery life. Calls are also very good. Only slight ding is like the QC25's they could use a bit more punch. Definitely recommend
