The worst decision I’ve ever made at Best Buy was buying these cheap pieces of crap, I opened the box and saw what they looked like and said, “I’ll never, never, buy Bose crap, ever again!” I felt insulted staring at these headphones for the ten to twenty seconds I did, I knew I had to return these and warn all others to avoid this or any other Bose product. Warning, Bose won’t provide anything of quality, sadly your only buying the name Bose, there really is no product, it’s all a lie, it’s just a brand, there’s no quality, and there’s no real product. Avoid Bose from now on!!!!

Within an year my bose headphone's overhead cushion and leather is torning off. Not sure if its because of the case as the zipper may be touching the leather band continuously when inside. Did anyone else face this issue.

i got these brand new and when i listen to them loud the speakers distort i was surprised and sad because i thought i had bought a superb brand with a great reputation but i guess not

I expected a better product from bose no matter how high you turn the volume up on your devices its still low .

returned them because they lacked Noise Cancelling. If you don't mind that they are not bad for the money.

I recently purchased these and had to return them. These were not that great for normal use. The bluetooth connection was spotty and cut out when my device was in my pocket

They suck i never would gave imagine BOSE headphones being so low in volume they cost way to much money to suck the way they do

I love bose product but this one fails me sounds are weak and the mic is bad my wife can’t hear me and she really hates me when she calls me while I’m on this headphones

These are not a good sounding set of Bose headphones! I can see why these were on sale. I would spend the extra money and get the better pair.

Returned. Tried to give the headphones a chance since they are Bose. They are the only Bose item I have ever returned after 15-20 years of buying Bose.

I thought these were going to great and have not been impressed. They sound like $100 headphones. Really wish I would have returned them in the proper time frame.

Volume level is very low. For the price these should be perfect…my husband hates them

Comfort- These headphones are extremely comfortable. Previously, I had had on-ear Sony's and I had problems wearing them 45+ minutes. With these headphones, I can wear them as long as I please with little to no discomfort. They are also extremely light, and I have actually forgotten I am wearing them when music isn't playing. I have actually skated in these and little problem with them moving around. Cosmetics- These headphones look sick. The construction is very solid and never feels flimsy. The leather used on the ear cups is the softest leather I have ever felt. There is a strip of suede across the headband that is also very plush and comfortable. The white and tan is harder to keep clean, but poses me no problem. The buttons on the side are very easy to use, and the voice inside tells you what battery percentage you have, and what devices you are connected to. Sound- These headphones blow me away. A lot of people go with Beats because of the lower price and the name brand, but they are nothing compared to the amazing sound of these. The treble is very crisp and the imaging is surprisingly good for a pair of headphones. The bass is has a good punch, and can hold its own with the beats line. I can only say I melted when I first listened to them. If you are into any genre of music from Opera to Rap, these headphones are for you. I have personally listened to pretty much all the genres out there on these and they all sound beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend these headphones. Anytime I let a friend listen, they are blown away by the sound quality. I will definitely continue to buy Bose headphones. I am still in high school and was definitely skeptical of spending this much on headphones, but I regret nothing. BUY THESE HEADPHONES

They sound terrible, hollow and I have a really hard time even hearing some tones. I bought these for my husband and I guess he didn’t want to complain to me. I used them myself and noticed the terrible quality (we’ve never had a problem with Bose before). I would return or exchange them, but the return period was over 10 days ago.

They didn't work. Had to bring them back twice. They were nice enough to make the exchange.

Too expensive for the quality of sound reproduction the headphones produce....Low value to price!! Buy an upgraded model

I picked these up a few months ago and they were working fine, I took care of them, used the carrying case included, never dropped. And then all of a sudden the left ear speaker went out and and I can’t hear the automated voice in the other ear. Very confused considering I don’t have the volume all the way up ever. I’ve contacted their customer support with no answer whatsoever. I can’t reccomend these headphones even if I wanted to, given my situation.

Really poor sound, and you cannot chosen differents quality effects, the app is a waste, you cannot control anything with their app, nothing of privacy, with the haft volume every one by you side can hear everything, cero privacy!! In definition i don't recommend to any one to buy this piece of junk.

The cord does not have an integrated mic. The mic on the headphone is worthless, you have to turn the volume of the call up to max so that the other person can hear you while you becoming deaf. The sound quality is ok. The Bluetooth connection is as regular as any other... I thought I was buying bose (deluxe premium quality) NOT!
