I've had these headphones for months now and I am not impressed. I fell like a lot of people buy these because they are cheaper than the QC35, but they are not worth it. Yes, they are very comfortable and are built well but the Bose sound is just not there. One, they are not loud enough at all. I have to turn them all the way up to get to a volume that I like. With that, they get distorted when loud, I always hear a static sound when listening to music. I listen primarily to rap, and there is virtually no bass, and sound quality is average at best. I've had many headphones, and I am disappointed with these and are not worth the fairly hefty price tag. Wish I returned these when I had the chance.

I brought Bose soundlink for this thanks giving. Worst purchase ever. My ears hurt. The headphones gets heated too even after 20-30 mins. Sound quality was just like random cheap headphones

The only thing that is better their cushion other than that nothing impressive that can be noticed from others headphones, for the price that they ask for

The sound quality is good, but I purchased these to review older 60's and 70's songs for reviewing for a compilation. Poor decision, the volume is extremely limited, coupled with the non noise cancelling features, for $250 you could do better. The limited volume made it difficult for me to hear the music with background noise intruding in. Other wireless headphones have much more sound volume, for this reason and this reason only this product gets 3 stars. If you are in a completely quiet environment and dont mind very quiet music at low volume, these will work for you, if you like to turn your music up to block out external noise, they are not going to work. Basically, gret sound, clear, crisp, not a great deal of bass but the downside, very very weak volume. Sad for such good sound quality. I suggest you look elsewhere for a decent output level, these are just too quiet. I get more volume out of a $10 set of earbuds. If you want to listen to music without annoying background noise and very very weak volume, you might want to choose these, otherwise, you are going to be dissapointed with the lack of volume

there is an app that goes with these headphones that take the information on the tracks you listen to and send them to Bose who sells them to 3 parties. never Bose again

microphone stopped working after 2 weeks. noise canceling is just okay

My 14 year old daughter has these in white. She has used these headphone almost every day since Christmas 2019 they still work great and haven’t had any problems. The sound on these things are amazing! They are extremely soft and comfortable. Bluetooth works great. These are a gazillion times better then the Beats Apple headphones she had before these. Those didn’t even last her 6 full months without breaking.

I gave these to my husband for his birthday. They are the best gift ever. Work really well with radio station system.

I tried to get a value and should have either gone with the in ear sport buds or the 700 series.

Trash, I’m about to return this item because it cuts off for no reason.

These headphones are terrible! Sounds like you have your ear to a sea shell. I would not recommend this Bose product at all.

These headphones are by far the best wireless headphones I have ever used. In fact, they are better than most wired headphones. They are very comfortable, provide great sound, good battery life, and they look very nice. As a bonus, you can use them wired when the battery dies by pugging in the included audio cable.

This iteration was my absolute favorite headphones! So sad they're not being made anymore.

My ear phones came and they don't work in the left ear.

The sound quality and comfort is unmatched at the price. Got it for about $200 during the black friday promotion. If you dont need noise cancellation then this is the Bose headphone you should buy and not the QC35. The ear cups might be too small for some and battery life is only 15 hours hence docking off one star. Battery life is good enough but there are some headphones that offer 40 hours at the price range.
