Great sound quality but the mic is lacking

The sound quality is great and what I would expect from Bose but the mic doesn't work well with my iPhone. The mic seems to work fine with my PC. I also have issues with it dropping connection of my phone when I switch from my phone to my PC, even though my phone is right next to me.

It seems as though you seem to be experiencing issues only when connecting to your phone. Let's try to establish a fresh connection to see if we can correct the mic and the connectivity problem. To do this, hold the switch in the Bluetooth position for 10 seconds. Then, on your phone and all other connected devices including your PC, go to the Bluetooth list and delete the headphones. Now re-pair them.

I however have provided this rating based on the intermittent issues I am having with my other devices connecting to the mic. I heavily use this product for my office calls and the mic frequently seems to be out of sync with the device I connect to. Anyone who wants to use it only to hear music should not have any problem though.
