Love the noise cancelling and the over the ear comfort.

The customer service people were very nice and helpful. This was an exchange with a two year warranty that had just expired. They handled the situation in a manner that will keep me coming back to BEST BUY!!!!!

We actually bought two of these, one for an adult daughter and one for me. This headphone is really nice - great sound, very quiet if using it to block out sound. I listen to music and audiobooks with this, as well as block out noise while working from home.

I bought this because I wanted Bluetooth capability with cable backup capability and also capable to connect to multiple bluetooth devices. I have Bose's QC-24 noise-cancelling headphones, which I use primarily for travelling, but for local commute and to wear around work and home, this is the headphone I've been waiting for. The capability to pair to 8 devices is a major plus - where as most headphones only allows up to two, if at all. I'm not going to write a long review of the audio quality as I'm not an audiophile, but instead, I'll list all features Pros and Cons and a "Could be better section". Pros: * Pairs up to 8 devices * Switches between paired devices easily and no guessing (voice prompts is awesome) * No noticeable delay when watching videos using Bluetooth * Good sounds (I'm not an audiophile and have tinnitus on the left ear) * Microphone picks up my communication with Siri in normal tone (not sure how well, yet, for phone conversation) * Noise leaks is very minimum and only at higher volumes (to the point it hurts my ears) it becomes noticeable to the person next to me on the train Cons: * Buttons do not control camera * Using backup cable for headphone, the buttons on the headphone don't work for audio control * Connects to the last two devices after power on (pro for some people - but delays what I need to do slightly) * Synthetic leather smell of the ear cups - I can smell them when they're just hanging off my neck while not listenning to the headphone. Maybe they will dissipate over time * A bit on the expensive side, but this is what happens when no one can compare to your feature Could be better: Noise Cancelling - but that's not what I bought this for Things I haven't tested: Removing paired devices Microphone for phone calls When the battery is nearing zero, some headphones will nag you with "battery low" message over and over - I'll have to check on this later I notice phone calls have broken static-y voice from the person on the other end if I have two connected devices at the same time. The fix is to disconnect the bluetooth connection to the other device.

I love these headphones, light they get loud enough for me and if I turn them down, I can hear things around me if needed. Great battery life. I use them at least an hour a day and it takes about two weeks+ before they need a charge.

My husband purchased these for me for Christmas and I love them! I wish the headband could be made a bit smaller because I have a tiny head so they often slip off unless I am sitting still. I love the comfort of wearing them over my ears as well as the clarity of the sound.

It's been almost a month and I am loving this headphone. It's 2 input source is great to combine your PC and phone to take calls. The lows and mids are amazing. I don't know if it's with my piece or with all pieces but it seems a bit snugly. The hooks are bit tight and that cause slight discomfort after 3-4 hours of use.

Great sound and comfortable to wear. Easy to adjust volume.

I have a BOSE sound system in my home and adding the wireless headphone provides me with a private show anywhere in my home.

Another amazing headset for sound product from Bose I bought this for my grandfather so he can stream his TV to his headphones. They are super comfortable easy to pair my only complaint would be that the volume and mode buttons be a little bit easier for somebody with big fingers other then that superb headset

These over the ear headphones are great, for not being a noise canceling headphone, they block out a lot of ambient sound.

I bought these to pair with my iPhone 7. Great sound at a modest price for Bluetooth headphones, but bass isn't very pronounced.

The fit does not hurt your ears and has excellent sound. Carrying case is not very protective but allows for everything you need. I use them for everyday use minus the gym. I have used them multiple flights up to 6 hours in length. They do a great job of blocking ambient noises and isolating what you are trying to listen to.
