I figured it would have nice and deep bass in a small form factor since that is what bose is known for. It sounded good and the speaker did get loud but the bass for me was a bit lacking. Not sure what i was expecting but it should have sounded much bigger than it did to me. If you already own a flex just buy anorher one and stereo pair them, it will have a similar sound profile and be a little more flexible and portable, and cheaper.

If bass is a little lacking, then moving the speaker closer to a wall or corner, or placing it on or near a hard surface, will automatically increase bass response. You can also adjust the bass and treble controls on your connected device, if possible. Our support team will also be on hand, should you require further assistance. I love how you still get bass at the lowest bass setting. The app for controlling the EQ settings are as what you would expect. I have The Bose soundbar ultra and it can link to it.

I had switched to a Sonos product the last time I bought a speaker. I ended up selling that and buying this. I'll never switch to another product again.
