My husband carries it with him to work on the porch, the garage and outside in the yard. The sound is absolutely amazing for such a small speaker - Bose is obviously the best!

My first one was a blue one and I gave it to my brother after using it for years. I love how small and durable this speaker is. I would buy it over and over! I bought orange this time to match my bike.

We would start by recommending that you head to our updater website and manually perform the updates available for this speaker, as this will not only improve overall quality but will also ensure that your product has access to the latest features/enhancements.
We would also advise that you try sources other than Youtube to confirm that this is not just an issue with this one platform. Following this, please test this both connected to power, and when operating off of battery power, as some power outlets can cause an interference or disrupting noise, resulting in reduced audio quality.
