    Good quality and graet sound but if you turn the volume all the way up the sound gets a little distorcionaded. But the materian for the handle and grip is amazing

    Sound quality is good but definitely not 400$ quality. Soundcore boom 2 sounds better and louder for 1/4 the price. Go play harman kardon is better tor less money

      Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Just to clarify, the SoundLink Max Portable Speaker comes with a USB-C cable, but it does not include a power adapter in the box.

    I heard that Bose is the best, it wasn't good experience because the sound is breaking up too much. so, I thought may this one individual product not working but I went to the Best Buy to exchange the same Boss speaker. Unfortunately this boss speaker doesn't turn off and heat lever was very up. According to Goggle it can blast too and it can occur fire too. I have to keep this speaker outside my home overnight to keep my house safe. I will never ever buy this product again. very very bad experience. I will look for another option.

    not happy with this product, battery will not hold a charge while fully charged and turned off! Defective battery? who knows why the battery drain occurs but it drains all by itself. Full charge depletes to nothing while completely turned off in two weeks time

      Leaving the unit on when not in use will drain the battery. However, if the system does not detect a signal (Bluetooth® or AUX) for 30 minutes*, it will shut off. To minimize the battery from draining, we recommend turning the system off manually.

    I listen to a lot of Electronic Dance Music and i was not impressed with the quality of the sound. Some songs sounded terrible. I did not adjust any settings on the Bose app i.e. bass or eq. Would not recommend.

      You can adjust the bass and treble of the speaker to your preferences using the Equalizer in the Bose app.

    Not the best. Sounded better at the store for some reason. It is not worth it. Battery doesn’t last as long as it promises.

      This speaker offers 20 Hours of battery life at moderate volume, and 3 Hours at maximum volume.

If you're not happy with the sound, try moving the speaker closer to a wall or corner, to increase the bass (or move it away if you want to decrease the bass). Also, try connecting a different device and playing different types of music.     Really poor service. I purchased Bosed Soundlink Max online, an open box in "excellent" condition for a few dollars off the retail price. Excellent is described as "as new" with all packaging, accessories, etc. When I arrived, they brought out a dirty speaker with no accessories, no charger, and no packaging that they had glued multiple stickers all over. I traveled several towns over for what i thought was a deal which turned out to be false advertising. "Sorry" by employees but no alternative or solution offered. Of course I refused it & now the item as new has increased $100. So inept.

    Very disappointed in the sound quality speaker started crackling.After a few days. I expected way more from this company and especially the price.
