Bought this for hubby and he absolutely loves it! holds a charge forever. He had a beats pill prior and after about a year he could only use for a couple hours. sound is awesome for the compact size, waterproof and so durable! this is a must have for yard work, beach, pool, picnics - love it so much bought 3 more for family members!

Sure, I wouldn't be using this to DJ at a party or anything but this little speaker has plenty of power to use in the shower (it is highly water resistant) and on the worksite (I can hear it over most of my power tools). The sound is clear and has a decent amount of bass. Sounds better than anything else that I have tried at it's size.

The sound quality on this speaker is phenomenal for its size. It can connect to two devices at a time and you can easily switch between them. It will automatically disconnect when it hasn’t been used for awhile to conserve battery power but it’s easy to reconnect. You can turn off the voice prompts that say “connected to —-iPhone “ in the app. Then you just hear a subtle click when you’re connected. I highly recommend this speaker. I’ve wanted a Bose for years and this is affordable. What a difference! I even bought one for a friend and dance partner, so we have great sound wherever we go.

Lives up to the Bose reputation. The sound profile and quality is as expected for the price. We bought this on sale primarily to use in the bathroom, and it fits our needs from waterproofing to durability. Also love the color.

Easy to setup. Highly portable and durable. Tried in shower and works fine. The latch to secure the speaker to objects is not so great, but gets the job done. Battery life is good. Sound quality is similar to Soundlink Color. Overall an excellent purchase. But the price is quite high when compared with other products.

Bose is just a superior sound quality then other companies. This thing is the size of breakfast sandwich from a fast food restaurant and the bass/sound is unbelievable. With it being water proof makes it easy just in case of spills or accidents in open bodies of water. I’ve been buying Bose since 18 and now 36, it never disappoints.

This is my work speaker. Very loud battery. Life is so awesome. Play music great long distance Bluetooth signal.

*Review of the Bose SoundLink Max** I bought the Bose SoundLink Max hoping to enhance my listening experience, especially given its high price and promised specifications. However, after several weeks of use, I feel disappointed by several aspects that do not justify the cost. **Pros:** 1. **Design:** The speaker has an elegant and compact design that integrates well into any space. The build quality seems robust. 2. **Connectivity:** It offers multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth, aux, and USB, making it easy to use with various devices. **Cons:** 1. **Sound quality:** Despite the specifications, the sound quality is not that impressive. The bass is weak, and the highs tend to distort at high volumes. This is not what I expected from a speaker in this price range. 2. **Volume:** The maximum volume is lower than expected. In large or noisy environments, it fails to fill the space with enough sound. **Conclusion:** In summary, the Bose SoundLink Max does not meet expectations for its high price. A deceptivley loud speaker for it's size; I purchased this as an open box item; and it works as advertised. Bose sound in a bery small and portable package; and great battery life (advertised 6- I have seen that plus or minus 20 minutes). Worth the cost retail! The only reason I rated at 4 stars is the charger is USB Micro- and the strap that is built in does not hold as strong as I would like.
