It has heavy bass, so much that at times I can’t understand the words. I can’t adjust the unit so no options. It is loud and does the job otherwise. Just need to invest in a model I can adjust.

If you're not happy with the sound, try moving the speaker closer to a wall or corner, to increase the bass (or move it away if you want to decrease the bass). Also, try connecting a different device and playing different types of music. Had some issues with it not turning on even after being on charger, bose support is not great. Researched the web and it turns out unit went to battery protection mode. One day after chargin again it turned on, and has been working great since. Perfect for use around house, road trips, or playalongs.

Bluetooth works great, app is awesome, and the strap is the bees knees!!
