However it is not simple to use. The store associate had to carry my phone and device for guidance to use from geek squad. And then the clerk did not share the details with me. He just said it was working with my phone now. I've looked everywhere, even utube for operation assistance. Their contribution is to show how to use Velcro strap and demonstrate the sound distortion if device is put in a bucket of water. Geez!!!! I have to monkey with it to get it to work properly even though it is paired to my phone and the device software is installed on my phone. I'm going to have to return to the Best Buy store, which is very inconvenient, to be shown how to operate the device quickly with out the stress. It only has 5 buttons. It should be quick and easy. It is overpriced despite the nice sound quality and design.
