Bec Best buy did not order a charger for it. Geek sQuad tried to connect it after i received it in 2 days. I called for online help. They connected to my computer over an hour and disconnected me after abt 45 mins . Without a warning and i didnot even get a call back. I had to call Hp, my new computer service dept. And they connected to my phone to see my Bose speaker and told me i needee a USB charger for it to work Geek sQuad usually does better than that. Im. Very disappointed in their service this time. Now i have to spend more $.to find the right usb cord after having this device over 20 days

Best little speaker yet

I love both of them and it is awesome to link them up in party mode. With the strap I put this on my belt while playing golf and have the larger speaker on the cart. They stay connected and sound great. Crystal clear, almost better then the larger speaker.
