I’ve always love Bose products, and this did not disappoint as well. This is our 2nd one of these in our home. I got both my daughter and my wife each their own.

Easy to set up and connect. Great battery life. Can't really say I am actually surprised by how great the sound is since it is after all a Bose product. Truth is though, for such a small unit, I didn't expect it to sound so clear, with nice bass and treble clarity even at higher volumes. This things packs a punch. I am using it strapped to my bike, It stays secure while riding and I just take it off and throw it in my back pack or even a large jacket pocket when I get off the bike so it doesn't get stolen. Portability is great and since it is waterproof, I do not worry about the rain here in Seattle damaging it when I am using it outside.

This is the newest Speaker in the Bose Portable speaker segment and is a great speaker with a few issues. Inside the box: You get the speaker itself Manuals USB type C to type C cable and AC adapter As for the speaker itself it's easy to setup you on Android and iPhones. This speaker as far as I know is the first product that supports multi link so you can have two phones connected to it at the same time and switch between them both. The only problem with this is that it has no microphone so you can't use it as a speakerphone. Also this supports snapdragon sound so it supports Apt X adaptive but not the older apt x. So you can get only AAC, or SBC on the major Android phones out like Samsung or Google. Of course you can only get AAC on iOS devices so this isn't an issue if you own an iPhone or iPad. Onto the battery life they say it has a 20 hour battery life and about 3 hours if you blast it. I like that Bose gave us that number as well . As far as sound goes it gets loud and the bass is decent . I wouldn't say it gets a ton of bass tho .it's also IP67 rated so you don't need to worry about bringing this outside though. .my issue with this speaker is the MSRP of $399. I have heard speakers that just sound as good if not better for under $200. At MSRP it's hard to recommend this speaker unless you don't mind the premium for the Bose name.

I use this daily. It switches from my computer to my phone seamlessly. I wish you could adjust the bass/treble, but maybe that is for super-expensive models.

Awesome device in every respect sound lives upto the Bose Reputation but it stopped powering on about 1 year later with only modest use. I suspect it was from being plugged in all the time to a power source in my work shop.

Durable sounds good not as loud as I'd like though

I missed the 30 day cut off since I had been sick. I even said I have proof to show my sickness and they would not take it. Even the manager. I have purchased so many electronic devices. We will no longer be shopping at Best Buy.

You need to download the Bose App to add 2 speakers to the chain. Very difficult.

Love my speaker, good for small room space area...

Had two within several days---both failed. Should have looked at the www reviews first. But, did it sound great for such a wee thing for an hour or two.
