Though It is en entry level BT speaker, but the sound quality is too good. Compared this with sony SBX21, jbl flip 4, nothing can beat BOSE in sound quality. And very portable too.

I love it! I actually have several. We like to go ride on our e-bikes and so we connect to my friends music thru his blue tooth on all the speakers. So we all hear the same music as we ride. We can put them on the boat like surround sound. Great for all sort of things. Strap on your book bag or back pack. Great sound too…

The Bose Soundlink Max Portable Bluetooth Speaker Is One Of a Kind. It Distributes Amazing Sound And Bass In a Small Package. My Only Issue With It Is The Fact That It Doesn't Have a Built-in Microphone To Answer Incoming Calls But Overall It's a Good Product From Bose.

I bought this with low expectations because I had experience with other portable speakers and I thought it sounded great, BUT this speaker from BOSE beats all the previous speakers I bought. The low frequency sounds really rumble everything, even when I'm holding it up from the surface. The high frequencies are top notch. Currently using it for my portable desktop setup and it's been a blast!

This is the perfect speaker. Not too loud but loud enough so that I can conversate and party at the same time. Use this portable speaker often.
