We're happy to share a few tips that will help you to it enjoy it fully. We suggest checking the EQ settings on your mobile device. The EQ settings of your device can affect the sound. On your device, try setting the EQ to "off" or "flat" and disabling any other sound playback adjustments (i.e., loudness, compression, reverb, etc.). These settings are commonly found in the device's audio settings or in the settings of the app being used to play audio. Bose has a number of speakers, so I think that it would be really helpful if indiviualized instructions were included in the box.

Great quality product, you get what you pay for. A little pricier than it’s competitors but totally worth it! Super simple to set up! Download the App , Turn on your Bluetooth, pair with your music and enjoy the full, rich sound from this little portable speaker. Can even answer phone calls through it, I love it!
